Dell AX210 Computer Speakers

I ordered and received a fake Samsung 16gb memory stick which when formatted by Windows7 produced a card with 200mbs. This was most unnerving and I began to read that many memory cards are now faked with wrong information written in the mbr (master boot record). I found a way to fix the card which did have 16gb of good space on the card. Here's my fix which will take downloading two free programs on the net.

The first program needed HDDGuru's LLF (Low Level Format) tool. This program is available for download from softpedia and is free to use. The next program you need is MiniTool Partition Wizard. They have a website and free download. Now all you have to do is run a wipe and clean off of the old formatting of the card so it is pristine fresh. Next run a slow low level format of the card which should now give you a fresh card that sees all of the sectors available. This format process will take several hours so make sure your computer does not time out. When finished, just fire up the MiniTool Partition Wizard and create a new partition that allocated all of the available space. At that time, the software will assign a new drive letter and you name the card and all is repaired.

This should work on 8gb, 16gb & 32gb cards or memory sticks. Oh, and be sure when you format and set the partition to use Fat32. My Windows 7x64 now reads all of the space with no problems.

Aoshima Ideon Gundam Mobile Suit Anime Scale Models

Aoshima Ideon Gundam series plastic model kits made of conventional plastic polymers were first relased in November 1980 in 1/420 scale. A Full-fledged series expansion in February of 1981 was initially sold in Japan Model Toy stores for 300 yen: the Gundam 144. The Ideonshirizu Gundam series proved very popular in Japan in the 80`s. It was at this time also that the Gundam Mobile Suits was also introduced and remains one of the more popular and collectable of the series.

By popular demand, the theater version, the 600 Mobile series in the standardized scale from the designer Tamotsu Shigeru was released in July 1982 with an enemy warship called Soroshippu 2600. Scale models of these Viral Gin enemy warship models proved to be the last when the final version of the Gin enemy warship became impossible to standardize in a scale model from the original animated series. The original 1 / 20000 scale kit, designed by Alii and named the Zentoradi battleship, along with the military character models in the new reduced sale of 1/600 became the successful new "Anime Series" scale. Most kits in the 80`s adapted this new "Anime-Scale". An improved plastic polymer allowed for more moving parts, increasing the range and popularity of new versions in the new scale.

Other assembly kit Models were spinned off separately from Aoshima resulted from the commerial success of the Movie Gund Roi in 1982 included the TV Buff Clan fighters from the series " Bow Gond " " the Row Guadal Battleship", " Balme / Bram Than models " and "Gadomowa ".

Prior to the faithful reproduction sets of this model series, the main character product was the Aoshima Robot "Union" and this series, the Ideon Robot 1/600 scale model made from the new special plastic polymers. The Aoshima 1/600 series was seen as a very different a very unique concept at the time of release in the early 80`s .

Danelectro N-10 Honeytone Guitar Amp 5 Reviews

The vintage blackface fender vibro champ is a unique, lightweight gem. The vibrato is rich, and luscious sounding. These are low-watt treasures that are perfect for recording, keeping stage volumes manageable, and jamming or practicing around the house. They are ok on their own for very small gigs, and are very useful miked when a bigger sound is needed out front. The trend these days is to play low-watt amps that can be pushed a bit. Most venues can't accommodate the beastly loud amps that many guitarists used to think they needed, only to be told repeatedly: "Turn it DOWN!" Your soundman, bandmates and audience will thank you.

The circuit is fender's only Class-A circuit. All of their other combos are Class-AB. Class-A amps are prized for their single-ended tone. Mesa Boogie and many boutique manufacturers go to great lengths to make Class-A amps due to the rich sound produced. This is not to say Class-AB amps are inferior-not in the least. But the tone and responsiveness/feel are different.

Like most vintage fender amps, the tone is beautifully clean up to around vol 4-5. The tonal character of these amps is very rich, because of the circuit, and also because of the 8" speaker. Interestingly, the 8" speaker rolls off a bit of lows in such a way that the guitar sits in the mix perfectly without clashing with the other instruments. Replacing the speakers with modern upgrades can further increase their versatility at minimal cost. Jensen and Weber make very inexpensive 8" speakers.

When you increase the volume beyond 5 you get an additional beautiful grit that is very touch sensitive. When you crank these amps you realize why these were used in the studio by Clapton so often. This is a very expressive instrument.

These are beautiful sounding amps filled with character. Highly portable, with very comfortable volume levels for clean or dirty sounds, these are truly remarkable, under-appreciated instruments that help guitarists express their individual creativity. Currently these are the most affordable of the vintage fenders. Watch the prices increase as more guitarists and studio owners snatch them up.

Yes you will have to refund, what good is any of it to you?

A buyer opened a case against me, saying that the vintage tv lamp was broken on arrival and asked for full refund. He sent a picture that only showed a couple of pieces of the lamp. I agreed to refund after he returned the item. The box I sent him weighed 11 lbs 9.4 oz. The box I got back weighed 3 lbs, 4 oz. More than half of the lamp is missing, including the 3 pieces visible in the photo that he sent. The piece with the signature mark on the back is missing. Even though I agreed to a refund, do I have to refund for an incomplete return? Please help soon before my 3 days are up.

forgot to say click on EDIT when you get to unpaid item assistant.

When I set-up my other selling account, I used the automatic Unpaid Item Assistant. Which is set to file on day eight of non-payment. That is a non-store selling ID, in which I utilize the 50 Free Auction Listings per month, for some of my inventory.

I had my first unpaid item on an auction listing, and I noticed yesterday, that when it automatically closed

the dispute, it thus also RELISTED the item immediately at auction. All by its lonesome...this one foresaken auction listing?

I had never heard anyone mention that it does this. And I don't "normally" start my auctions on a Wedneday evening, when this occured.

Does anyone know if there is a setting I overlooked to receive my final value fee credit, without the item being automatically relisted?

You can't cancel a transaction without the buyer's cooperation

I found out that a sale I have will eventually be shipping out of the US. The shipping address is to CA, but it will ultimately be shipped to Japan. I do not ship internationally and want nothing to do with this transaction. I was wondering if I can cancel the transaction without an issue. The buyer has not paid yet. There is not an option for this type of cancelation request. Will I be penalized if I choose an Other Reason and explain I do not want to be affiliated with a 3rd party? Thanks in advance.

How To Apply a Vinyl Decal

Your Decal

Each decal will come to you complete with three parts:

  1. Top layer is the transfer tape - this looks like clear tape or masking tape and is used to apply and protect the decal.
  2. Middle layer is the actual vinyl decal.
  3. Bottom layer is the backing paper - this is a blue waxy paper.

Before you apply

  • Make sure there is no wax on the surface, decals will not stick.
  • Do not apply the decal in extreme heat or cold, surfaces must be between 10°C and 32°C / 50°F and 90°F.
  • Do not touch the adhesive backing on the actual vinyl decal.

Preparation

  • Wash and rinse the area with washing up liquid and warm water and dry the surface with a clean, lint-free cloth.

Applying the Decal

  • Using a flat object ie a credit card, on a table, press firmly over the whole decal to make sure the transfer tape is properly stuck to the vinyl decal.
  • Now turn the decal upside down and holding the transfer tape, slowly pull the backing paper off. This will leave you will the decal stuck onto the transfer tape.
  • Now stick decal and transfer tape into position and use your credit card to smooth out any air bubbles etc.
Slowly peel back the transfer tape and this will leave the decal.

After Care

Do not apply wax over graphics, especially if the wax contains any petroleum distillates.

Decal Removal

Heat the decal at one corner with a hair dryer or hot water. Pick up and lift the area you heated and slowly begin to pull the decal. Continue to apply heat to the area just before you pull it off as required to remove all the decal. If residue remains you can remove this by using an alcohol wipe.

Genuine Beauty Products Buying Guide

Research done by the Vietnam Standard and Consumer Association stated about 65% of customers purchase replica goods without knowing they are black market items. Names that are mostly effected most affected by the blacm market are well known brands. These products are made in mass numbers in countries such as China because of the low cost labour. Items can be made very quickly. Twelve times the speed from ten years ago. This allows the products to be available on the streets at the same time as real products. Reasons not to buy these dodgey products? There has been no safety checks; this gives us little information on where these products have been made and what has been added. Reactions can cause your skin permanent damage, permanent damage in some cases.

Who gets the money? Black market operations throughout the world, fact has shown money gos to trafficking and terrorist groups.

Who do you think is responsible? Dodgey manufacturers and legal system in certain countries: A lot of big businesses are not letting the consumer know that these items are being sold through these manufacturers. There is never anything shown on advertisements of ilegal items that are made through the black market. Prison sentences for making fake goods are not strong enough this makes certain countries legal system to blame.

It is hard to tell the difference between the genuine thing and the fake. Replicas are a lot harder to spot. Gone are the times when you went to countries such as Spain and seen goods with typing errors and badly made prints. Operators of these manufactured products are getting more sophisticated. Packets are identical. The detail on the items are exact and hard to tell the difference between.

If you want to save a penny or two with skin care and makeup, beware when you're buying on eBay as some of the products the are counterfeit. Always look at feedback and be really suspicious. Ask the sellers a message and ask were products are purchased from? Find out if it is from a licensed wholesaler. If sellers are buying makeup from China and are selling products such as Mac, Benefit, Bobbi Brown and Nars these are most likely ro be fakes.Any items that have just came on to the market and are being sold 75% cheaper are most likely being sold throuhgh the black market. If a seller is only selling one or two it will proberly be genuine. If someone is selling 100 of the latest product upto 50% cheaper be cautious. Check the item on the manufacturer's website and compare.

7 Easy Steps to Apply Permatex The Right Stuff 99070

For assembly as form-in-place gasket
1. Remove all previous material from mating surfaces. Permatex Silicone Stripper is recommended for most materials.
2. For best results, clean and dry all surfaces with a residue-free solvent, such as Permatex Brake and Parts Cleaner.
3. Cut nozzle to desired bead size, 1/16“ to 1/4“ in diameter. An 1/8” bead is usually sufficient for most applications.
4. Remove cap, puncture tube or cartridge seal and attach extension nozzle.
5. Apply a continuous and even bead of The Right Stuff to one surface, first tracing the internal areas of the gasket configuration, then all surrounding bolt holes.
6. Assemble parts within 5 minutes while The Right Stuff is still wet. Secure or tighten to recommended torque specs.
7. Re-torque will not be necessary after the product has cured.
Note: Not for use as a head gasket or on parts in contact with
gasoline

Best packaging techniques for video games and related

There are many different ways one can package a video game for shipping, and many different materials. One of the most common methods is to ship via Priority Mail and use the free packaging provided by the USPS. However, for many items, size or object shape may make this less cost effective in the long run for both you (if you're providing free shipping) and the buyer. Sellers must be aware that these free supplies are ONLY for Priority Mail. Small items may be shipped for much cheaper via USPS First Class Mail, which makes it easier to offer free shipping. Other factors may include weight and destination. I cannot stress enough how important it is to have a scale! I hope to upgrade my 5# scale soon to something that can handle more weight when needed. The USPS does have some sort of scale/postage rental deal, but as I am still a small seller, it is not cost effective for me.

Recycling:
I make a habit of reusing boxes I get when I mail order something, and since I live in a rural area, I mail order a lot of my purchases over the course of a year. Mind you while this is a good practice both for cost and environmentally, you must make sure your handling charges are not excessive when you reuse packaging. So far in my experience, buyers don't mind it as long as you take steps to make sure their item is protected, that old information won't delay shipping (by not covering bar codes, for example), and that you don't overcharge for recycling packaging. I usually charge a flat S&H fee of $1, to cover the small cost of envelopes (padded or not), tape, protective plastic bags, bubble wrap, and any printed papers that I include such as a flyer or invoice. I've never had a buyer complain about a reused box or packing materails, although other sellers may claim it's too unprofessional. Personally I prefer to save the money where possible as I already have the items available, as well as reducing S&H charges.

Specialty packaging:
Sometimes however, an item will be large and awkward and require special care. For example, I recently shipped a PS3 Rock Band drum set to CA that did not have the original box. Upon dismantling it, I realized that while I had 2-3 boxes that *almost* fit it, they either weren't quite wide enough for the curve of the drum heads, or too shallow for the stack of parts. Again I live in a rural area, so there is no option really for going out and buying a special box for something like this. In the end, I fortunately had a large box from a recent computer chair purchase that I was able to cut down to size and make a custom box from. Even then, the weight restricted shipping options to oversize parcel post, with the 'balloon' fee. If it had been much larger, I expect I'd have ended up at the UPS 10 miles away. Long story short, when all was said and done, it required an entire roll of tape, foam and cushy wrapping for the legs and feet, as well as the pedal, and plain brown paper around part of the box to cover the original Serta box art. Perhaps this sounds like too much effort, but I thought it was mostly worth it. However because of all the extra materials used, the S&H fee was a bit higher than my usual (plus it took like an hour to build, although I didn't factor that into the fee or it would have been tripled)

Priority packages vs. generic:
The more common problem you might run into is shipping a strangely shaped controller, or a game system that needs protective padding and won't fit in a cheaper box. So far I have handled these on a case by case basis as I don't deal much in systems, but it can be a trial getting them to fit. The standard Priority boxes at my local USPS tend to be of only three sizes (and I don't use them that often so haven't special ordered any), so my random mail order boxes have come in handy - something that doesn't quite fit in a 'small' box might fit in a 'medium', but there's about double the shipping charge. The alternative of another box may be that the priority cost is another dollar above the 'small' rate, but you've now saved ~$4 on shipping.

Destination:
Destination is important to consider if you ship internationally (which I do). I have shipped random things all over the globe, including Russia, New Zealand, Italy, South Africa, Ecuador, Indonesia, and Japan. Often when I get an order from out of the US, I will package an item differently than if it were just going to spend a few days in transit here. You can never tell when a foreign postal service will employ a dishonest person, or a lazy one, or even go on strike, which can result in your package sitting in a warehouse for weeks on end. That happened to me twice in 2011, for Canada and Brazil. Shipping internationally can be risky but if you take the precautions of packing carefully and securing all openings to the package, you can cut your risk of theft and damage by quite a lot. Let's just say I go through a lot of tape.

How To Spot a Fake Butter Super Soft Sweatshirt

Many times people will try to copy and rhinestone the Butter emblem on any old sweatshirt. Some brands will choose the same design as Butter but put a different name on the side. Here's how to spot a fake:

All Butter items with zippers as of 2010 will have a zipper shaped as a peace sign. Fakes usually have the word ''Butter'' written on it very small.

Some Butter slogans are ''Love and Shine'' ''Butter Supersoft" and "Rock and Roll''

Some fake Butter Sweaters have said things like "Peace and Love''

All Butter tags are ORANGE! Hot Pink is one of the fake colors.

Watch out for the words "Random Hearts"

I really hope this helped you and remember, all Butter Sweaters are usually over 100$ USD

How to respond quickly to questions and complaints

There are a lot of benefits to responding quickly to customers’ questions & concern:

1) Get more orders : The customer may send the same questions to various sellers in regards to the same product. Thus, whoever answers the customer’s first and most adequately might get the business.

2) Prevent negative feedback : Sometimes, negative feedbacks are due to slow responses to customers’ questions and or inadequate explanations about products.

3) Higher chance to become Top Rate Seller : If you respond quickly, there will be no excuse for customers to give you a low score on DSR Communication.

In order to take care of your customers’ concerns, you should have a system or database to store their information (such as Paypal invoice, shipping receipt from USPS/UPS, item information). The data should be readily retrievable within a short period of time. I tried many ways and found that internet email system (such as Yahoo Mail or Gmail) is the most simple, effective, and reliable way of storing buyer’s information. I don’t need to spend time transferring and maintaining databases and spreadsheet. All I have to do is type in the customers’ ID or name in the email search box to find out all the related emails, transactions, and shipping information in the sort list. From there, I can also quickly access their concerns and attend to them with haste.

You should also have a mobile device that can access your email account conveniently. You may use smart phone with data plan so that you can access internet email anywhere you go. Whenever customers send you emails, you can immediate understand their concerns and give them a quick and complete solution in a short period of time. Also, you can check the item information via the browser at the mobile phone .

Finally, never procrastinate a reply or ignore any emails. Even if you do not have the answer right away, send them back a response acknowledging their concerns and a promised time to give full details.

Old White Gold Versus New White Gold

Many people who are jewelry collectors and sadly some jewelers, do not realize that new white gold is not really white but a light yellow. Why you ask then is Old gold so white? well it is white because of the nickel in the gold content that was used back then. They no longer use nickel in white gold so it, when freshly done, appears yellow. When you see a ring that is all white but has a small amount of yellowish looking metal this means new gold has been used to repair the item. This is most noticable with platinum. Since Platinum melts at a much higher temp then gold, it is dangerous for the unskilled repair person to work on. You can destroy the diamond if you do not know what you are doing. A laser welder is usually used by highly detailed and talented jewelry repair people. Not everyone has one beacuse they are costly. Platinum is usually not used to repair a platinum ring, especially on old rings. So most resizing or re tipping is done using gold. Some people will tell you it is tarnish, and true as new white gold gets tarnished it yellows more, but Platinum does not tarnish, it dulls. so if you see yellow on a ring that is suppose to be white gold or platinum and the seller says no repairs have been done, make sure you inspect the item and test or have it tested as they are not familiar with jewelry enough to be selling it.
